- Two roles available in a peri-urban and a regional council.
- Flat structure – excellent opportunity to develop your leadership skills.
- Be the link between Band 5 Planners and Coordinator.
If you’re a Senior Planner who’s ready for the next challenge or wanting to fast-tract your career in a flatter team structure – please give me a call to have a further chat!
Planned Resources are excited to be working with two Councils in Victoria who are looking to add a Senior Planner into their team.
You will be joining small and friendly teams, working on variety of applications with different complexities: residential, industrial, rural and heritage applications.
The structure is flat, which means these Band 6 roles would be the bridge between Band 5s and Coordinator/Manager. With that in mind, you will be responsible to manage your own caseload as well as assisting the Coordinator with day-to-day operations and mentoring other Planners in the team. You will also take on the Acting Coordinator position when the Coordinator is on leave – which will give you exposure to leadership responsibilities faster.
