Our client is a small consultancy located 50 minutes outside of Melbourne. Their business is split into two components, one dealing with a specific niche where they are one of the leading authorities in Victoria, giving them access to some major corporate clients and repeat work. The other part of their planning business is a more traditional planning consultancy servicing the local community and focused on smaller residential and commercial developments within their local council area and surrounding townships.
They are seeking a young planner who should ideally have gained some (ideally 1-5 years) initial experience, preferably within Victoria either the public or private sector to be able to run basic-medium scale applications relatively autonomously. Training will be provided to develop their skills and progress them into more complex applications and more client facing roles as their capabilities develop.
If you are a planner who has an affinity for the regions and country planning but are also keen to explore opportunities outside of a traditional local government role then this could be a great opportunity for you.
Offering an initial salary of $65-85K. For more information please call Leo Liemesak at Planned Resources on 0450 911 172.
