The Practice:

Our client is a medium sized, multi-disciplinary practice located in the eastern suburbs.  They have a strong pipeline of confirmed projects across commercial, educational, retail and institutional projects.

The Opportunity:

They currently seek an experienced Project Architect to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

The role offered will be diverse.  You will be heavily involved in projects from design stage onwards, with particular emphasis on delivery.  

To be Successful:

The successful candidate will possess:

• Demonstrated experience as Project Architect in delivering projects in the $1-10M range;
• Strong Contract Administration skills;
• Hands-on Revit capability, and a preparedness to be hands-on when required;
• Excellent Coordination skills, especially when dealing with multiple consultants; 
• Strong attention to detail, with a desire to fastidiously resolve issues; and
• A desire to work in an environment where staff feel genuinely valued.
