Join a team working on preventing waste crime through innovative and strategic solutions
Working within a state government statutory body you will be responsible for delivering excellence in design, delivery and monitoring and evaluation of waste prevention projects. You will collaborate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to problem solve, transform and apply innovative and strategic solutions to environmental and human health harms. You will make evidence based recommendations to leadership regarding the most appropriate tools to solve complex problems to meet intervention objectives. You will regularly monitor, review and report on project progress.
To be successful you will have relevant tertiary qualifications complimentary to the role with recent experience in regulatory best practise, prevention, harm reduction and application of the law in complex situations. You will be a strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills and experience in analysing and interrogating research and data. You will be an experienced problem solver with proven experience in project management and risk management. You will hold a current Victorian Drivers license.
