Working in conjunction with the Buildings Project Coordinator your role will be to manage all the contract administration around Facilities and Building projects for this organisation. This will include:
- The development of tender information and contract documentation at the outset of a project, preparation of program reports/updates, updating the asset management system and CRM.
- Support the project via organizing meetings and compiling agendas, minutes and action reports
- Management of project accounts via raising of purchase orders and the processing of payments.
- Provision of advice and responding of general inquiries to internal stakeholders, contractors and external parties where required.
The ideal candidate will have familiarity of Building related projects (from either a capital works or maintenance perspective). They will be comfortable working at a fast pace and using their initiative to solve problems. Experience using TechOne, Conquest or a similar system will be highly regarded.
