Town Planner – Statutory and Strategic Planning Projects

This is a fantastic role for a Town Planner with 2+ years’ experience to work on diverse projects in a boutique consultancy.

• Hybrid working (3 days in office/2 days remote)
• Work on a combination of statutory and strategic planning projects

A boutique planning consultancy based in hip inner city Melbourne is looking for a Town Planner to join the team.

The work they do is quite varied including both infill and greenfield developments, as well as some strategic planning projects and expert evidence work. Your role will be responsible for doing background research, preparing planning permit applications, and writing planning reports.

Ideally, we are looking for Town Planners with 2+ years’ experience in Victoria who is looking for a new challenge. An interest or experience in growth area planning will be highly desirable – as well as strong communication and report writing skills.

The office is based in a cool space, with close access to public transport. The team is a good mix of people who love to do some good work. They are also offering a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in office/2 days at home.
