Statutory Planner

• 6-12 month contract
• 1.5 hours from Melbourne
• Hourly rate: $40 – $50/ hour + Super

A Victorian council are seeking a Statutory Planner to join their team for the next 6-12 months. Only an hour and a half from the heart of Melbourne – they are experiencing an extended period of growth in their municipality which includes medium to larger scale developments.

Working with residential developments, rural agricultural through to heritage applications; this council sees a wide variety of applications which keeps the work interesting and fresh. This council require support from a planner who can hit the ground running with these applications and can contribute positively to their internal culture.  

With the current working model; the ideal candidate would be a self-starter, collaborative and open to sharing their ideas with the team.

Council are offering a 6-12 month contract appointment with a hybrid working arrangement for the candidate coming into this role.
