Our client seeks a Bid and Marketing Coordinator that will assist in the entire Bid lifecycle, from EOI through to formal tender submission, ensuring all documentation is accurate and represents the practice professionally, honestly and ethically. You will work closely with the Bid Manager to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of all submission requirements. You will liaise with the Marketing Manager to generate localised or industry specific marketing initiatives. This role also involves business development where you will oversee the organisation of client entertainment, function and events where required.
To be Successful:
You will possess:
– A minimum 3 years’ experience within an office environment, preferably working for a construction, architectural or engineering firm;
– The ability to work in a team and manage others;
– Excellent time management and organisational skills; and
– Strong communication skills.
