The Opportunity:
They have a fantastic opportunity in their Sydney office for a motivated and professional Engagement Specialist who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role:
This is an Associate Director level role and will require the successful candidate to:
- In conjunction with the Director, build and drive the success of the Engagement Team;
- Develop and Implement Community / Stakeholder engagement strategies;
- Coordinate Community Engagement events;
- Mentor and develop the capabilities of the team members; and
- Forge long term Client Relationships.
To be Successful:
The successful applicant will possess:
- Proven skills in Stakeholder & Community Engagement gained within a consultancy environment;
- Excellent Facilitation and Negotiation skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- IAP2 qualifications would be highly regarded.
