An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Architect to play a key role in the design and delivery of complex projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and solutions.
• Produce high-quality working drawings using Revit.
• Conduct thorough reviews of drawings to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve design-related issues.
• Participate in client meetings and present design proposals and solutions.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of company-wide Revit standards and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in architectural design and Revit software.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• 5-8 years of professional experience in architectural design, ideally gained within a medium to large sized practice.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Strong understanding of building codes with well developed detail resolution skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
