Our client, a growing municipality in metropolitan Melbourne are looking for a talented Strategic Asset Lifecycle Planner to join the division.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the implementation and review of the municipal Asset Management Plans
  • Collection of asset performance data, undertaking lifecycle analysis of the municipal infrastructure assets and provide recommendations, determination of long-term renewal programs, collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation to prepare asset management plans,
  • Provide specialist advice and support other teams (e.g. customer service, infrastructure, capital works)
  • Tertiary/diploma qualification in civil engineering, infrastructure planning, asset management or other related discipline.
