We are representing a property development and management consultancy with solid profile in education, healthcare, and aged care sector for over 20 years.

 

The company has grown to establish its owned Town Planning arm in recent years and the team are currently working on a great volume of projects with strong pipeline into the future. They are looking to double their inhouse planning team in the next 2 years. They work with a range of clients from private to public to non-profit owners and developers.

 

This role will be part of the Senior Planning Leadership team and thus you’ll take an active role in managing team, leading client projects as well as assisting business development activities. Ideally, you’ll have 8+ years of experience with strong knowledge of NSW planning system, as well as development pathways for education, healthcare, aged care projects or state significant developments.

 

Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Leading and coordinating projects and planners, including opportunities to be involved in Business Development and Improvement strategies
  • Driving the delivery of projects to completion and managing client and authority expectations

This is a full-time permanent role. Salary negotiable, indicative $130k – $160k p.a. + bonus scheme
