A private planning consultancy in Brisbane is looking for a Planner/DA Planner to join their team in Brisbane.

The company has a wide range of work in 29 Council areas covering SE and North Queensland to Northern NSW. Hence, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including:

• Residential: boutique developments, hotels, student accommodations
• Commercial: shopping centres and childcare centres
• Warehouses/industrial use
• Community: disability housing
• Greenfield and subdivisions

The company has 3 Directors giving a broad range of leadership and support – and your work will be split across clients rather than sectors. This means that you will not be pigeon-holed, and you will be able to work on diverse projects.

The role is ideal for those with 2+ years’ experience as a Town Planner within the QLD Planning system. We are open to candidates from either consulting or government background, and we are also open to consider candidates looking for part time arrangements (3-4 days/week).

Salaries range from $65k – $110k + super but negotiable depending on the candidate. Hybrid/flexible working arrangements can also be negotiated with the right candidate.
