This busy metropolitan council seeks a Building Surveyor (Limited / Unlimited) on an initial 2-month contract basis.

Primarily focused on enforcement with some permit work; this role requires a combination of technical knowledge and understanding of building codes, with excellent people skills in order to be able to deal effectively with a range of different personalities and circumstances.

Candidates should be qualified Building Surveyors, holding current BS-U or BS-L status, potential for the role to go on longer term for the suitable candidate.
