About the Role
- Conduct cadastral surveys and land title investigations per relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare accurate survey plans, cadastral maps, and legal descriptions for land parcels.
- Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve boundary disputes and provide expert advice on land matters.
- Advanced surveying technology and tools are used to ensure precision and efficiency in cadastral surveying activities.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of survey data and findings.
About You
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Cadastral Surveyor.
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
- Strong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in surveying or a related field is preferred.
