Our client has grown substantially over the last few years; despite projects slowing in many areas around Victoria, this hasn’t been an issue for them. In addition to Cadastral work, they also provide Engineering and 3D spatial services. We are searching for a surveyor based in or willing to relocate to the Echuca area. This would be an ideal role for a surveyor with around four years of experience who has developed a good understanding of surveying.

About the Role

  • Conduct cadastral surveys and land title investigations in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare accurate survey plans, cadastral maps, and legal descriptions for land parcels.
  • Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to resolve boundary disputes and provide expert advice on land matters.
  • Advanced surveying technology and tools are used to ensure precision and efficiency in cadastral surveying activities.
  • Maintain records and documentation of survey data and findings.

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Cadastral Surveyor.
  • Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of cadastral principles, land surveying laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A bachelor’s degree in surveying or a related field is preferred.
