This group is design driven and responsible for some of Melbourne’s most recognisable buildings. Their upcoming pipeline of projects is strong with multiple confirmed major projects across Multi-Residential and Hotel development.

The role

They currently seek a talented and passionate Design Architect with significant experience working on high rise residential developments to become a key member of their design team. Initial projects include a significant Build-to-Rent development and a 5 Star Hotel.

To be successful you must possess

• A proven track record designing large multi-residential developments;
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing clients;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to mentor and educate junior team members;
• Strong design sensibility with a particular interest in world-wide design trends; and
• Ideally, the ability to communicate design via both freehand sketching and digital means.
