About the company:
Opportunity for an experienced Façade Engineer to join a well-established design agency, who are experiencing continuous growth in the market due to strong project pipelines.
About the role:
As an experienced Facade Engineer, you will take control of the design and delivery of facade and remedial projects, from design through to the construction phase, and will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders across different departments. Along with:
- Structural analysis and coordination of facade components such as glass, aluminium, curtain wall systems, fixings and steelworks
- Take ownership of your own façade projects
- Conduct site inspections of façade and remedial projects
- Conduct building diagnostics and access reports
- Design projects using Strand7, Spacegass and AutoCAD software
About you:
To be successful in this role you must have hands-on experience within a similar role, along with the following:
- Tertiary degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience working with a variety of materials used for facades.
- Experience working across a range of projects
- Software: Grasshopper, Strand7, Space Gass or similar
