The Building Control team at the City of Melbourne are looking for Class 5 Building Surveyors / Inspector’s (BS-L or IN-U), to join the team on a long-term permanent basis. This role would suit those who are ready to register or have indeed applied for their BS-U. Council are supportive of growing their own experts in the field and will support registration by providing the opportunity to gain the experience required to do so. The role will have you working with leading Building Surveyors on a range of projects giving variety to your work, while offering a clear career path to progress forward to Class 6 once BS-U is attained.

The City of Melbourne offers a great range of benefits including flexible working conditions, salary packaging, excellent leave entitlements, study assistance and much more, the salary package for a Class 5 is in the range of $109,901 – $134,889.
