This is an interstate planning, environment and engineering consultancy with a strong presence across QLD, NSW, and Victoria. They have experienced strong growth across the offices and the Geelong office continues to be one of the growth focus and serve as a base for their further expansion in Victoria.

Due to continuos growth in clients and project pipeline, they are looking to bolster their Geelong office with a Senior or Principal Planner to join hands with other consultant teams, comprised of engineers in civil, construction, design, survey as well as project and operations.

They work with a variety of clients in the public and private sectors such as developers, land owners as well as utility authorities and government agencies. Projects range from infrastructure upgrades, community facilities and public space, commercial, industrial to multi-unit and high rise mixed use developments.

The role

The Senior or Principal Planner will need at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the town planning consultancy, development/land development industry or from the public sector. You will need to be able to drive and deliver statutory planning projects end to end, with the ability to coordinate and work in a cross-functional environment especially to clients timeline and expectation.
