Position Overview:

They are currently seeking a talented and motivated Interior Designer to join their Workplace team on a range of high profile commercial office projects for multinational organisations.

This is a key role within their Workplace Team. You will work closely with the Director Cohort across multiple offices, and be responsible for leading the Client relationship and the project teams.

You are a talented designer who is passionate about the future of workplace design, who consistently strives to achieve outstanding design outcomes. You will be able to demonstrate:

  • An exceptional design aesthetic with a genuine commitment to achieving outstanding design results for your clients;
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to cultivate and develop long term relationships;
  • A strategic approach to client briefings, where a clients stated and unstated needs are understood and designed for;
  • A genuine love and care for the people that work in your team; and
  • The ability to provide a strategic and innovative eye to all aspects of the workplace to help deliver a genuine culture that demands design excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Interior Architecture;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working on high-end workplace fitout projects;
  • Proficiency in Revit, Sketchup and the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong design skills and a history of delivering high quality outcomes for clients;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A passion for creating innovative and beautifully crafted workplace environments.
