Overview:

We’re currently seeking a talented and motivated Mid-Level Interior Designer with strong Revit skills to join their team. As a mid-level designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting commercial workplace and tertiary education projects, contributing to the entire design process from concept development to project completion. You will collaborate closely with the practice design leaders and project managers, gaining valuable experience and exposure in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and functional interior design concepts for commercial workplace projects=
  • Produce detailed drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations using Revit
  • Prepare and coordinate construction documentation, including plans, elevations, and specifications
  • Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is being executed accurately
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to source materials and finishes
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative design solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Interior Architecture
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial interior design, preferably with a focus on workplace or educational projects
  • Proficiency in Revit and the Adobe Creative Suite is essential
  • Strong technical skills and ability to produce accurate and detailed construction documentation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • A passion for design, with a keen eye for detail
