Our client has been operating in Melbourne for many years and has an excellent reputation among clients. As a result, they are now experiencing a significant increase in work in the state. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor to join a reputable team working on small to medium-sized residential jobs
The vehicle offered is for full personal use and includes a fuel card, a laptop, an iPad, a phone, and equipment. OT is paid after 40 hours are completed in the field.
About the Land Surveyor Role
- Conduct cadastral surveys and land title investigations in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Complete data processing both in the field and back at home.
- Prepare accurate survey plans, cadastral maps, and legal descriptions for land parcels.
- Utilise advanced surveying technology and tools to ensure precision and efficiency in cadastral surveying activities.
- Maintain meticulous records and documentation of survey data and findings.
Land Surveyor Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience as a cadastral surveyor.
- Proficiency in surveying software and equipment.
- Able to do your own data processing.
- Understanding of cadastral principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or Tertiary education in Surveying or related field preferred.
