The Practice
Our client is a dynamic, design-driven multi-disciplinary practice with a strong portfolio of both local and international projects. Their team is passionate about creating innovative, sustainable, and visually stunning landscapes that enhance the built environment. They are seeking a talented Landscape Architect with approximately 3 years of experience to join their team and contribute to their diverse range of projects.
The Role:
You will play a key role in the design and development of landscape projects, working closely with our multidisciplinary team. You will bring your creativity, technical expertise, and enthusiasm to deliver high-quality designs that are both aesthetically beautiful and align with our client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with landscape architects, architects, urban designers, and other team members to develop landscape designs for a variety of projects, from concept to completion.
- Produce detailed landscape drawings, plans, and renderings using Revit.
- Contribute to the preparation of design presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Conduct site analysis and research to inform design decisions.
- Assist in project coordination and management, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Landscape Architecture.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in landscape architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with other design software (e.g. SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong design and visualization skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and a passion for creating environmentally responsible landscapes.
