Regional Director – Drive Strategic and Operational Growth in New South Wales!

 

Reporting to the CEO/COO this leading multi-disciplined Property Advisory consultancy are seeking a Regional Director to set/drive strategic growth whilst ensuring smooth operational delivery across their service offerings in New South Wales (NSW).

An established brand in the property sector, they have an experienced cohort of highly regarded technical experts at the director level supported by a team of talented professionals across several offices.

With the director’s technical expertise in such high demand (both externally from clients and in developing the technical capacity of the internal teams) the focus on this role is to work collaboratively with the national leadership team in the setting and achieving of growth targets for the division and broader performance in the state (NSW) by removing operational roadblocks where possible.

 

As a Senior Director within a property-infrastructure advisory business, you will need to have a good understanding of the property sector and ideally have worked within a consultancy style business focused on the front end of the property lifecycle.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Lead and implement growth strategies to expand our presence and impact across Australia’s urban landscape.
  • Lead Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.
  • Business Development: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders, clients, and government bodies to unlock new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a team of talented professionals to achieve outstanding results and foster a culture of innovation.
