They are small but growing practice, and are looking for a Principal Landscape Architect who shares their ambition and passion for design and who is committed to delivering exceptional results.
The Role:
They are seeking an experienced Principal Landscape Architect to join their dynamic team. This newly created role will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the practice, leading and championing their design philosophy and delivering outstanding projects.
As a Principal Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for:
• Providing leadership and guidance to our team of talented landscape architects
• Managing and overseeing the delivery of complex and diverse projects
• Championing the design philosophy and ensuring that it is reflected in all their work
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
• Contributing to the strategic direction of the practice
To be Successful:
The successful candidate will be an experienced and passionate Senior or Associate level Landscape Architect who is looking for an opportunity to step up their responsibilities and take their career to the next level. You will possess a proven track record of success in delivering high quality projects. You will have a strong understanding of sustainable design principles and a passion for horticulture. You will also be an excellent communicator and collaborator, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
