The Practice:
Our client is a well established and highly respected multi-disciplinary practice. They have a workforce that is incredibly diverse and unites behind the common goal of producing exceptional architecture.
Their projects are all designed with sustainability as the key driver and range from public buildings, to tertiary education and residential (both single and multi-res). Their current pipeline contains projects with significant heritage / adaptive re-use components, and as such they seek a candidate with significant skills in this area.
Who You Are:
- A Registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally working on Revit.
- A strong understanding of heritage conservation principles and experience with adaptive reuse projects.
- Deep commitment to sustainable design practices and a passion for creating energy-efficient buildings.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with the confidence to inspire and guide a team.
What You’ll Do:
- Play a key role on projects, working under a Director, from initial client meetings to construction administration.
- Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions that respect the historic character of existing structures.
- Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and specialists to ensure project success.
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the firm’s heritage and sustainability focus.
