Our client is a mid-sized, design-driven architectural practice located on the fringe of the Melbourne CBD. Their team is passionate about creating meaningful architecture, with a focus on Sustainability and  that enhances the built environment. Role Overview:

Opportunity currently exists for a Senior Architect to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for architecture, an inquisitive mind, and the ability to approach each project with a fresh perspective. You will play a key role in leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the growth and success of the practice.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity and quality.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop and execute project plans.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction to ensure design implementation.

 

Requirements:

  • Registered Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
  • Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in relevant software (Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work on a variety of project types and scales.
  • Experience with sustainable design practices and principles.
