Busy Metropolitan council seek a Building Surveyor Limited on an initial 3-month contract basis.

Primarily focused on Inspections, Enforcement, with some permit work – this role requires a combination of technical knowledge and understanding of Building codes; with excellent people skills in order to be able to deal effectively with a range of different personalities and circumstances.

Candidates should be qualified Building Surveyors, holding current BS-L status, potential for the role to go on longer term for the suitable candidate.
