Are you an experienced Town Planner looking to take the next step in your career? We’re working alongside a dynamic and well-established consultancy seeking a highly motivated Senior Town Planner to join their team.

They offer a diverse range of projects, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to make a real impact in shaping communities.

Your key responsibilities are to lead and manage a variety of town planning projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and other relevant documents to local authorities and regulatory bodies.

You’ll be working with a variety of clients which will ensure your work is consistently varied. Whilst not a direct supervisory role there’s opportunity to mentor and support junior staff members, providing guidance and fostering professional development.

If you have 2-3 years’ of previous town planning experience, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders and present complex information in a clear and concise manner, we want to talk to you!
