This purpose driven, expanding consultancy specializes in providing planning services to the renewables and circular economy sector. They are currently seeking someone to lead and grow the stakeholder engagement side of their business.

Your role will be to lead and grow the expansion of their engagement services within the sector so you will need to be an expert in leading stakeholder and community engagement services and be comfortable developing engagement strategies from scratch and project managing their delivery including the development of written materials, factsheets and other paraphernalia required top effectively engage with community.

Preference will be for candidates who have had some exposure to renewables (wind and solar), or potentially infrastructure projects and share a passion with the rest of the company about the importance of transitioning to a renewables focused power sector for our future. They will need to be passionate about community engagement and be looking to engage in genuine engagement practices where people’s voices are heard.

Joining a relatively new practice this opportunity offers you the chance to lead and grow with this organization as it expands. They have existing projects on the books and access to other clients via their planning arm, but ideally you will have a willingness to develop new clients and client relationships in addition to these.
