We are representing a property development and management consultancy with solid profile in education, healthcare, and aged care sector for over 20 years.
The company has grown to establish its owned Town Planning arm in recent years and the team are currently working on a great volume of projects with strong pipeline into the future. They are looking to grow their inhouse planning team up to 15 in the coming years! They work with a range of clients from private to public to non-profit owners and developers.
Ideally you’ll have 5-8 years of experience with strong knowledge of NSW planning system and framework. Experience in assessing or managing development applications for education or healthcare/age care projects or state significant developments will be a big advantage.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Leading small to medium scale projects, from project scoping, developing fee proposals, technical delivery, client and authority liaison and management, within time, budget and scope. Be part of the team led by Associate and Senior Associate in larger scale, long-dated projects.
- Assisting Manager and Senior Associate with business development and client relationships
- Training and mentoring junior staff

This is a full-time, permanent role.
Salary negotiable, indicative $110k – 135k p.a. + bonus scheme
