This is certainly a unique opportunity – to join a boutique firm that combines planning approvals and engagement to deliver outcomes for renewable energy, property, infrastructure and circular economy projects.

You will be working on providing technical planning advice on projects such as wind farms, solar farms, battery storage, transfer stations, level crossing removals, and a few strategic planning projects (Structure Plans). As a Senior Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from inception meetings, approval pathways, preparation of planning reports, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), dealing with subconsultants, and working closely with clients to deliver outcomes.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with strong knowledge of the Victorian Planning & Environment Act and also the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act. You will have experience as a Town Planner in Victoria for about 4+ years and experience in major transport, infrastructur, or renewable energy projects will be highly regarded.

You will be joining a dynamic team with well-respected leadership team and a positive culture. The office is situated in the Melbourne CBD, close to trains and trams and public amenities around.

Salaries are negotiable depending on the candidate – we are open to having a conversation around packages.
