With recent announcements from NSW Department of Planning, our client is expecting an increase in project pipeline to deliver social infrastructure projects (childcare, kindergarten, schools and higher educations).
In order to assist with the delivery of these projects, they are seeking to recruit 2 x Senior Planners – in a fixed-term arrangement (anywhere between 6 to 12 months with possible contract extensions and conversion to permanency).
Ideally, we are keen to speak with candidates with reasonable experience (3-5+ years’) with the NSW Planning system. Those who have experience dealing with education/health/public infrastructure will be highly regarded, experience preparing REFs will also be welcome.
The office is situated in North Sydney with hybrid working (2 days/week in the office). If you live in the regions or outside of Sydney/Greater Sydney area this is a perfect role – the company fully embraces digital work arrangment and will be willing to tailor a flexible arrangement that works for you!
Salary will vary depending on experience:
- Senior Planner up to $140k including super
- Town Planner between $80k to $115k including super
