Our client, a growing municipality in metropolitan Melbourne are looking for talented asset management professionals to join the division. Vacancies and responsibilities include:
*** Coordinator Strategic Asset Management (Public Infrastructure)
- Provide technical advice and assist the manager in developing and implementing asset management strategy (policy and framework), plans and system for the municipality.
- Lead a specialised team in the management of all infrastructure asset-related information
- Responsible for improving processes and procedures for the capture and validation of asset data to meet with regulatory reporting requirements
- Tertiary/diploma qualification in Asset Management, Engineering, GIS or other relevant discipline
- Strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
*** Strategic Asset Planner
- Facilitate the implementation and review of the municipal Asset Management Plans
- Collection of asset performance data, undertaking lifecycle analysis of the municipal infrastructure assets and provide recommendations, determination of long-term renewal programs, collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation to prepare asset management plans,
- Provide specialist advice and support other teams (e.g. customer service, infrastructure, capital works)
- Tertiary/diploma qualification in civil engineering, infrastructure planning, asset management or other related discipline.
