Due to strong growth and project pipeline, a large private consultancy is offering a number of senior level opportunities in Sydney! We are looking for candidates from Senior Planner, Principal Planner as well as Associate Director level.
They are a well-known multidisciplinary consultancy with offices across Eastern Australia. Their Sydney office has active projects across 7 sectors including corporate high-rise, infrastructure, retail, education, and aged care. They offer services across planning, economics, engagement, and advisory sector.
Senior Urban Planner:
- 5+ years’ experience
- Salary between $95K – $122K package
- Ability to run their own projects – strong technical skills highly desirable
Principal Urban Planner:
- 7+ years’ experience
- Leadership role – oversee a team of up to 5 team members
- Salary between $120K – $160K package
Associate Director
- 10+ years’ experience
- Leadership role – overseeing day-to-day operations of your own team
- Client interface role – able to service clients, maintain and develop relationships
- Salary range between $150K – $210K package
The suitable candidates will have suitable qualification in town planning, ideally with experience within the NSW Planning Schemes. We are looking for those with strong technical and report writing skills, project management skills, and a good understanding of urban design and the built form. Candidates from both public and/or private sector background will be welcome.
