A major regional City Council situated about 1.5 hours west of Melbourne is looking for a Band 6 Senior Planner on a contract basis until April 2024.

You will be responsible for managing and assessing permit applications plus writing planning reports. As a Band 6, you will be managing more complex applications – varying from residential, heritage, industrial, and commercial developments.

The Council is ideally seeking someone who can come to the office 1-2 days/week while the rest can be done remotely. Competitive hourly rates are negotiable with the right candidate.
