The Council is one of Victoria’s fastest growing municipalities, with established City centre, suburbs, and growth areas. The statutory planning team is dynamic with excellent leadership team and great culture.

They are currently looking for a Senior/Principal Statutory Planner until EOFY 2024 and the main objective of this role is to help the team to clear up the backlog of simple applications such as VicSmart applications currently sitting in the system. The expectations are that this Senior Planner can really churn out work and cut through the backlog – meaning that we are looking for someone who is comfortable to produce high outputs (while maintaining quality).

Due to the nature of the work, the role can be done almost entirely remotely – minimum around 1 day/fortnight coming into the office.

Salary package is up to $130K inclusive of superannuation.
