Planned Resources are working with a national Planning firm currently looking for 2 x Senior Planners to join their Growth Areas/Greenfield team.
You will be responsible for providing planning advice to clients relating to greenfield developments across Melbourne and Victoria. Due to the nature of the work, experience in growth areas planning will be highly regarded – either from consulting or council background.
While you’re joining a large company, the Greenfield team is a close-knit team of its own – and they have their own unique culture. They work with some of the best developers in Melbourne and this is the place where you can really hone in on your technical skills.
Other than Senior Planner candidates, we are also open to candidates who are at the top end of ‘Planner/Consultant’ level who’s looking for a step up. We are also open to Associate Director level candidates who are looking for a change or a bigger firm to develop their leadership skills further with a pathway to Director.
Salary will vary depending on the candidate but they’re competitive.
