Major Projects Planner

• Focus on front end project pathway and project management
• Industrial portfolio
• South East Melbourne location; salary $120K++

Sitting within a broader multidisciplinary consultancy your role will be to provide advice to a range of Industrial and Residential developers and landowners on their property portfolio, (there is also the potential to work on wind farm projects).  Working at a strategic level on due diligence and site selection for new assets and potential changes to the existing portfolio, through the setting of approval strategies and coordination of support consultants feeding into the main project (both internal and external).

The ideal candidate will have gained sufficient planning experience in order to be able to operate efficiently on major projects, having developed the technical planning skills (Vic preferred but not essential), the organizational skills (to manage multiple project inputs effectively) and communication skills (to manage the client).
