Planned Resources are excited to partner with our long-standing client to recruit this key role in their Parramatta office.

The company has spent a number of years establishing the brand in Western Sydney – and their office been growing strong! They are working on a number of state significant, city-shaping projects right in the heart of Parramatta and Western Sydney area.

They are looking to expand the leadership team in this office and is adding an Associate Director (Planning service) to be part of their growing presence in Western and Greater Sydney Area.

The role is responsible for delivering a number of key statutory planning projects plus people management – overseeing 2 to 5 staff members. Current projects include master planning and new communities, land rezonings, educational facilities, residential, and commercial developments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical NSW planning knowledge and proficiency (circa 8+ years’) – ideally with some experience in the consulting eenvironment. You will also need to demonstrate and have strong interest in developing management and business development skills.

Salary starts at around $145k package plus other employees benefits including hybrid working arrangement, paid professional memberships, paid parental leave, income protection policy and others. hybrid working arrangement.
