The Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to become their design thought leader, playing a pivotal role in:

    Leading the Design Charge – Drive the overall design direction of the business, ensuring all projects reflect cutting-edge workplace design principles.
    Building Client Relationships – Be the key contact for clients, fostering strong connections and exceeding expectations throughout the design and construction process.
    Project Pipeline Powerhouse – Contribute to building and managing a robust pipeline of exciting workplace design projects.
    Mentorship and Collaboration – Guide and inspire our talented design team, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

To Be Successful:
The ideal candidate will:

    Hold a degree in Interior Design or a related field.
    Boast a minimum of 8 years’ experience in workplace design, with a proven track record of success.
    Possess exceptional design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional workplace solutions.
    Thrive in a client-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
    Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    Be a collaborative team player with strong leadership potential.
