Planning Advocate

Planned Resources Recruitment Melbourne

A unique and exciting opportunity to work in an advocacy focused role where you will identify and monitor upcoming planning trends and help formulate a policy position on behalf of this influential organisation.

You will have a diverse role that will see you liaising with a range of stakeholders as to the specifics of planning process/legislation; identifying, tracking and reporting to the executive committee on emerging trends and advocating policy positions in both written and verbal form.

Coming from either a Development Assessment or Policy planning background, (non-NSW candidates who have significant stakeholder management experience will be considered), you will have strong communication skills which will enable you to interact with a diverse cross-section of individuals through to major corporations, in both informal advisory meetings through to more formal environments such as Planning Panels.

With a track record of internal promotions developing from this role, it is an ideal opportunity for a senior planner looking to develop their career in a role that will keep you aligned to the planning industry but open up opportunities outside a purely technical based role.

For more information please call Leo Liemesak at Planned Resources on (03) 8398 0854 or email
