Working in a close-nit development team that has existing analyst and transactional skills, your focus will be on the delivery stages of projects, procuring architects, planners and other consultants through to engaging builders to ensure that projects run smoothly, to time and budget.
With a large portfolio there is a mix of assets and project sizes, you could work on projects that range from $100K through to $20M. Most projects have a community benefit so the role would suit a candidate interested in working within a social enterprise style company as opposed to a company purely focused on bottom line.
