Property Advisory – Affordable Housing
A local council are in the process of developing a significant affordable/social housing site. The site has already been procured and initial concepts and feasibilities have been undertaken. Your role will be to act as a senior resource and advisor in taking this project from its early infancy, through community engagement, refinement of design, more detailed costings, business case development and grant funding application to a firm project stage.
The ideal candidate for this role will have an understanding of commercial scale property development, with a strong focus on the front end of a project. They could come from a Valuations, Planning or Design background but will have ideally already transitioned from being a consult providing one stream of technical advice to having a more holistic view of the project.
The candidate will have good project management skills to procure, manage and review inputs from a variety of different consultants. They should have strong stakeholder management skills to allow them to work across departments as well as liaise with external agencies.
