With a 12% increase in staff support for innovation within 24 months, leading the Corporate and Community services managing 145 staff and a $10.7 million budget, they will transform your services with a challenge ready mindset. Previous to the secondment, they were leading the Aged and Disability and Family and Children Services departments overseeing just shy of 140 staff members and a $7.8 million budget where they guided the department through the transitional phases which serviced NDIS, overseeing a significant change management process.
