· Vibrant consultancy role
· Gain skills in site selection with experienced director
· Career stepping stone into development industry
Development Planner role available at a vibrant consultancy. A career stepping stone into development industry, you will gain skills in site selection being mentored by experienced director.
Working closely with the director, your role will be to advise developer clients about strategic site acquisition. The role is focused around the review of existing/current planning controls for specific sites and the extrapolation of what could be achieved. It will require someone with good research skills and the potential to think “outside the box” in terms of the future potential of sites.
Working closely with an experienced director, this is an ideal role for a young planner to pick up a development mindset and who sees their longer-term career in the property development sector as opposed to working within a pure planning role.
Likely to attract a lot of interest, this role would suit a young planner who has gained some experience in planning so as to understand how the planning system works and who’s looking to springboard their longer-term career (in 2-5 years’ time) into a more development focused role.
