· Highly regarded benefits
Town Planner with drive and ambition needed for Consulting role. Consulting background not needed.
This small consultancy delivers a range of projects across all asset classes, both within Victoria and interstate. Despite being small they are highly regarded and win work that is typically above what you would expect for a 4 person office, both in terms of size, complexity and contentiousness (they do a fair amount of VCAT work).
They are seeking to appoint a planner, who is looking to grow their career and learn from a highly respected figure in the industry. With strong mentoring or a good degree of autonomy, depending on your level, you will act as the you will manage things from both a client management perspective as well as helping to mentor and delegate workload/projects for the junior planners.
The successful person would need to demonstrate drive and ambition, with a real passion for a career as a Consultant Planner. It is expected that you will have 2-4 years’ experience, the majority of which will have been within Victoria. They are happy for candidates to come from a consulting background or Local Government, with a desire to make the move to Consulting.
