Wyndham City Council are seeking a qualified Building Surveyor Unlimited to perform the role of Team Leader in the Building Services team. The role will assist and support the Municipal Building Surveyor to deliver councils building control functions and responsibilities. This role will be responsible for coordinating the statutory building operations while providing strong leadership and day to day management of the Building Statutory team. The team of 8 are responsible for enforcements, report & consents, pool inspections, investigations / complaints.

Wyndham City Council is a fast-growing community covering an area of 542km², therefore the projects are varied from residential housing right up to 60,000 sqm commercial / industrial projects.

Wyndham are offering a 9-day fortnight with flexible working conditions.
